
TVB is
expanding its executive ranks, naming Scott Roskowski director of business development, a new post. He will report to Abby Auerbach, TVB's executive vice president and CMO.
Roskowski comes
to the trade association from Wild TV, where he is currently vice president of U.S. operations for Wild TV, an oudoor Canadian TV network. At Wild, he oversees all American efforts related to Canadian
sales.
"Scott has over 15 years of experience in broadcast television sales and business development," stated Auerbach.
"TVB is committed to increasing our outreach to the advertising
community," she said, adding that with Roskowski in place, the organization can "grow our sales development force and amplify our members' local media message."
Prior to joining Wild TV,
Roskowski held several positions at Univision, including vice president, national sales. He was also involved in strategic initiatives and new business for the Spanish-language network. Early in his
career, he worked at Blair Television.
