Ad Age Reorganizes, Names Klaassen Editor

Crain Communications Thursday named Abbey Klaassen editor of flagship Advertising Age, and promoted other editors to senior positions as part of a broader reorganization of the advertising trade magazine's editorial management team. Klaassen, who was named executive editor in December 2009 after serving as digital editor, is the first woman to hold Advertising Age's top editorial job. Judann Pollack has been promoted to executive editor, from managing editor, and Ken Wheaton was named managing editor, from assistant managing editor.
