Kim Kardashian will be at a party in Manhattan tomorrow promoting the launch of a Kardashian-branded prepaid
MasterCard for children as young as 13 that is being marketed as a way for parents to
monitor their teens' spending on their cells phones.
"Teens do not spend their money as their parents think they do," a rep for Mobile Resource, which is behind the
card, tells "Page Six." "And, drugs are a huge problem in this country. I give my son a small amount of cash and track his spending on his card."
