Quoting former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Jason Spero, described mobile technology as "augmented humanity."
"The phone is making us smarter. It allows us to connect when we can't be at our
desktop," Spero explained, noting that it is starting to change consumer behavior."
So how are human beings using mobile technology to augment their lives? Well, they're spending lifetimes
killing angry birds. Actually, American humans are now collectively spending "125 years per day" playing the popular smart phone gaming app, "Angry Birds."
"When you see people changing their
behavior, that's when you have the more enormous or significant opportunities for business," Spero said.
Tell that to Rovio, which developed "Angry Birds."
