Slacker has struck a deal with ESPN to
make ESPN Audio content available on Slacker Personal Radio. The deal will give Slacker Basic Radio listeners access to ESPN's programmed interactive station, including "Mike & Mike in the Morning,"
"SportsCenter" and "The Herd With Colin Cowherd," as well as up-to-the-minute coverage of all major sporting events and top news stories on both a national and regional level.
Slacker Radio
subscribers get unlimited access to various kinds of customizable audio features.
The customizable content includes an ad-free programmed station with unlimited skips, as well as the option of
getting hourly updates in the form of "SportsCenter" headlines, inserted into any Slacker station in English or Spanish.
Users can also create custom sports stations based on preferences,
including specific sports, regions and teams.

Slacker.com has been striking deals to increase content and ad sales opportunities. Back in
August, the company teamed with Triton Digital Media, giving it access to ad inventory in Slacker's online and mobile programming. Triton provides Slacker's ad sales rep with access to digital and
traditional agencies.
Triton also assumed responsibility for measuring Slacker's audience and providing automated insertion of interactive advertising in Slacker programming.
