The Head of the Charles Regatta his signed a sponsorship agreement with Massachusetts-based national, local and long-distance mover Gentle Giant Moving, as the "Official Moving and Storage Partner" of the 47th annual event on Oct. 22 along the Charles River. 

Gentle Giant gets branding along the route. The race brings in some 300,000 spectators and 9,000 rowers. Gentle Giant will also support race operations and do shipping duties for materials, boats, vendor equipment, and apparel.

Gentle Giant's sponsorship of the Head Of The Charles Regatta is part of the mover's national consumer promotion. The company also competes in the race under the aegis of its Gentle Giant Rowing Club.
