Publicis Closes On Rosetta, Pushes Digital Revenues Past 30% Mark

Publicis this morning said it closed on the acquisition of Rosetta, a digital advertising services organization that will push Publicis' share of revenues coming from digital to more than 30%. Publicis said it paid Rosetta's shareholders $575 million in cash, and that other deferred payments maybe paid out in 2014 based on the agency's performance over the next three years.
