GroupM has realigned its top media investment executives at Maxus, MEC and MediaCom. Christine Fuller, managing partner, director of implementation at MEC, and John Miles, managing partner, director
of investments for MediaCom are changing leadership roles. Fuller will become managing director, media investments at MediaCom, where she will oversee all media-buying ops; Miles will hold that same
post at Maxus.
