Allied Integrated Marketing is partnering with OuterSpace MediaLab LLC to create the only national full-service out-of-home advertising agency headquartered in Los Angeles. The announcement was
jointly made today by Clint Kendall, president of Allied, and Pete Smith, founder and managing partner of Allied OuterSpace. The new company will utilize Allied's infrastructure, as well as field
specialist support in its 20 U.S. offices and Toronto, Canada. Prior to forming Allied OuterSpace, Pete Smith was GM at CBS Outdoor in Los Angeles. eMarketer forecast outdoor advertising spending in
the U.S. to hit $6.4 billion this year. Allied OuterSpace also maintains an office in New York.
