High-Value Customers Can Be Worth Six Times More

Eric Kirby, CEO of Connection Engine, says for many companies a small amount of customers account for a disproportionate amount of transactions and business and it's important through email analytics to "differentiate high-value customers," which can be worth six times more.

Connection Engine has built a cloud solution that can give clients instant insights based on email keys. Demo, interest and other data points allow the leveraging of data and analytics, he said.
