Philadelphia-based Aramark is the merchandise partner for the 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic and, as such, will be selling both foods and officially licensed merchandise at the Bridgestone NHL.

For the Jan. 2 game at Citizens Bank Park, the company will sell soups and paninis among other foods at seven locations. The company will also sell a Flyers-inspired hot chocolate with whipped cream, orange sprinkles and chocolate syrup. Aramark's senior executive chef, Glenn Richmond has built a menu for suite attendees featuring slow-roasted pork sandwiches, skirt steak sandwiches, lobster salad BLTs and Victory Lager braised beef brisket, among other menu items.

Aramark will also sell jerseys, sweatshirts, blankets, fleece, jackets, knit caps, hats and other novelties, and will operate a large tent on the "Spectator Plaza" on Citizens Bank Way with retail merchandise.
