But Dayman wondered whether marketers across the board need to offer apps nowadays maybe just for the sake of doing it. They may not be important for every company and the marketers might ask themslves does it make as a way to drive engagement?
“Maybe not," Dayman said. "If you're not interacting with that user … don't bother with the app then,” he said, adding that may not be a channel to use.
