Jess Beldner has been promoted to the newly created position of director, strategic agency relationships at digital marketing tech firm [X + 1]. Previously Beldner was director, Central sales. She will retain the responsibilities from her previous role and continue to be based in Chicago. The company markets digital analytics and consumer insights tools to agencies.
