Comcast and Disney/ABC Television are launching three new apps that will allow the cable company’s customers to watch live linear networks streams as well as on-demand episodes through their Apple mobile devices and online.

The three apps -- WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney XD and WATCH Disney Junior -- will allow subscribers to stream those channels and watch on-demand programming using their Xfinity TV credentials. The Apps will be available free in the App store.

 “Working hand-in-hand with The Walt Disney Company, we’re excited to be the first to deliver this best-in-class kids and family programming to customers -- both in and out of the home across all of our video platforms,” said Matthew Strauss, Senior Vice President, Digital and Emerging Platforms, Comcast Cable, in a statement. “This launch is the latest in a series of TV Everywhere initiatives we’re delivering that offer customers more choices and new ways to watch the best entertainment anytime, anywhere.”
