"You have to tolerate failure" as part of a testing program, notes Tyrone Anderson, senior director of strategic services at Bluekai; otherwise it's not really testing and your whole project will grind to a halt.  I wonder, given today's laser focus on budget and cost, how many CMOs truly agree with this sentiment in their heart of hearts. Everyone wants innovation, but no one wants to pay for it.
