Zatarain's Opens New Orleans Airport Restaurant

Zatarain's, the New Orleans-style food brand, has opened a branded restaurant in Louis Armstrong New Orleans National Airport.

The restaurant, Zatarain's Kitchen, is offering a wide variety of traditional regional fare, prepared by executive chef Nick Catlett.

As previously reported by Marketing Daily, Zatarain's has been pushing to expand its presence and sales both within its traditional core regional markets and nationally, through new-product launches and marketing initiatives.
