People in the City of London will soon have free wireless internet access after operator The Cloud said it would stop charging for its Wi-Fi service. Currently The Cloud operates a
wireless network across the square mile, but it is only free of charge for 15 minutes. After that users have to pay to stay connected. During this summer's Olympic Games a free service was trialled
which saw connections increase by almost 100% compared to the previous three months.
