Net2TV Corporation will begin running 15- and 30-second interstitial ads on its free cloud-based Portico TV service in June. Portico TV features programming from CBS, CineQuest, Bonnier’s
“Popular Science” and Discovery’s Revision 3. Portico TV’s commercial breaks will run six times an hour. Each break will have no more than two spots with a total break time of
60 seconds maximum. The commercial breaks cannot be skipped. Portico TV is available on Philips Smart TVs 2011 and later, and will be available to Roku users beginning in June.
