Agencies Sue Croatian Site For Copyright Breach

A group of 10 independent agencies from the National Association of Press Agencies have launched a £500,000 claim against a Croatian website for alleged breach of copyright. The unnamed website allegedly refused to pay for photographs mainly taken from the Mail Online, reports the Press Gazette. If a settlement isn't agreed between the parties within the next month the case will go to court in Germany.
