 OMD CEO Alan Cohen is departing the agency the shop confirmed late Monday after the close of the stock markets. PHD CEO Monica Karo  is replacing him as U.S. CEO at the agency and senior global account executive Robert Habeck will succeed Karo at the helm of PHD U.S.

Cohen is shifting to a new marketing company that will have the backing of Omnicom.
