  • September 9, 2013

HookLogic, a search advertising company which launched the Retail Search Exchange (RSX) earlier this year, today announced the close of a $14.3 million Series B investment round. The financing was led by Intel Capital. Other investors included Bain Capital and former AdMeld CEO and Yahoo CRO Michael Barrett. The company cites the February launch of the RSX as a "key moment" in their growth.

According to the release, HookLogic plans to use the financing to double the size of their Manhattan headquarters with a move to Tribeca. The company is also planning new hires in both New York and Ann Arbor, which serves as their technology center and as a hub for their automotive division.
