Run has hired Chris Outram as director of data and architecture and Rodney Jean-Baptiste as lead product engineer.

In his new role, Chris will be responsible for Run's targeting solutions and audience management platform. He was most recently lead developer of data and architecture at TargetSpot.

Jean-Baptiste will lead the UI development and functionality of Run's platform, Run DSP. Jean-Baptiste was most recently HTML5 engineer, team lead, for Medialets.

Both Outram and Jean-Baptiste will report to Michael Celona, Run's chief technology officer.
