Sparks & Honey tapped Dana Wade as chief client officer. In this newly created role, Wade will oversee client relations and lead the continued development of the sparks & honey open agency model. She will report to Terry Young, founder and CEO of sparks & honey. Wade joined the agency from Spencer Stuart, where she served as a digital leadership consultant. In her role, Wade advised chief marketing officers on how to build digital leadership capabilities, strategize and structure their organizations. Prior to that, Wade served as president/managing director at Spike DDB.
