Horizon Media this morning announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based sports and entertainment marketing firm InsideOut sports + Entertainment, which will be integrated as a new Horizon unit dubbed InsideOut.

Terms were not disclosed.

Founders tennis pro Jim Courier and event management vet Jon Venison will serve as co-presidents of the Horizon unit, which will have offices in New York and Los Angeles.
