M&C Saatchi is believed to have paid in excess of GBP6m to buy digital agency LMFM (Lean Mean Fighting Machine) after year-long talks, There is no earn-out but an incentive scheme is in place. The
company's staff of forty will be relocated to M&C Saatchi's Golden Square headquarters next month when the LMFM brand name will be dropped. The agency reported revenue of GBP3.1m last year and
counts Unilever and De Beers as clients.
