How To Drive Leads For A New Product Category Through Content

IntelliResponse developed a method that lets B2B customers search for frequently asked questions and find answers on a company's Web site in a way not previously done in the past. The challenge was to teach brands about this new option by improving on its content strategy to generate brand awareness and leads. Brands may not know this options exists, or fully realize how it can benefit their businesses. Erin Hogg takes us through the steps that IntelliResponse took to build awareness. The results were 400% increase in site traffic within two years; 100% increase in leads generated through the site in the past year; 1,000% increase in social media followers; and the top 10 strategic keywords ranked organically on the first page of Google search results.
