CBS Outdoor Americas Inc., soon-to-be-renamed Outfront Media Inc., has named former McCann Worldgroup Global Chairman CEO Nick Brien to its board of directors.

The company recently spun off from CBS Corp., and is now a separate publicly traded company, soon to be trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the OUT stock ticker symbol.

Prior to McCann Worldgroup, Brien led IPG Mediabrands, Universal McCann and Publicis’ Arc Worldwide.
