Not long ago, a photo took the social media world by storm: A single image of two gay dads in the elaborate act of getting their kids’ hair ready for school. The hullabaloo was
predictable. The image tugged the hearts of many hairbrush-wielding parents, and also inspired thousands of haters. Now Nikon brings you a closer look at the Atlanta-based family, as part of its
“I Am Generation Image” campaign. It gave the dads, Kordale and Kaleb, a high-quality Nikon camera to track the lives
of their three kids, 8, 7 and 6, and tell the story of what the original photo means to them. See the film here.
