Rhea + Kaiser hired Martyn Dean as senior vice president, executive creative director. A native of England, Dean began his career in London as an art director with Cogent Elliot and AMV BBDO before becoming a creative director at agencies such as EuroRSCG London and OgilvyOne Worldwide. He moved to Chicago in 2001 and held group creative director positions with OgilvyOne Worldwide, Razorfish and EuroRSCG. Most recently, Dean was a creative consultant with national and Chicago-based advertising and digital agencies. "Martyn is the right blend of team leadership and mentoring skills, new business contributions, multi-channel expertise and agency leadership," said Diane Martin, president and chief executive officer of R+K. "Martyn is an amazing storyteller. He skillfully connects brands with their customers using digital and traditional advertising formats."
