The Board of Directors of Gravitas International announced the appointment of
JAMES RILEY, former President and COO of AdCritic.com, as the new President and CEO of Gravitas International Inc.
Riley's appointment replaces the CEO capacity previously held by
Larry Shaben, who remains Chairman of the Board. Riley has also assumed the position of President of Gravitas Digital
Communications Inc., a position previously held by founder
