Tim Armstrong, CEO and chairman of AOL, this week called any potential AOL-Yahoo merger a “dead notion,” reports Tech News Today.

company’s focus is on growth and pointed out the expansion in revenue and profit for AOL for the past eight consecutive quarters which came through the high rate of growth in video and

AOL will focus on growth, asserted Armstrong, namely in three key areas: supply, customer data and video ad
automation.
