The Barbarian Group hired Jill Applebaum as creative director for Pepsi, as well as new business. She joins the agency from J. Walter Thompson, where she served as group creative director, overseeing
the creative development for JWT NY, Tylenol and Nestle Toll House brands. Prior to that, Applebaum was senior vice president, group creative director at DraftFCB New York, overseeing creative for
Kraft's Oreo brand. Applebaum also created work for Burt's Bees and Barclays Bank.
