ROBERT SHERMAN, LISA BROWN: AOL Time Warner

ROBERT SHERMAN, the head of advertising sales at the AOL division of AOL Time Warner, resigned to spend time with his family and pursue other jobs. Sherman joined AOL Time Warner in March 2001 to organize company wide advertising sales across its many divisions, including AOL, the Time magazines and the Turner Broadcasting cable stations. LISA BROWN has been named Sherman's successor, overseeing advertising sales for the company. Brown joined America Online in November 2002 as executive vice president of the newly created marketing strategy and solutions group. Prior to November, Brown was president and chief executive of USA Interactive's (USAI) USA electronic commerce solutions division.
