Moroch Partners hired Donald Pierce as director of business insights, responsible for leading consumer insights and analytics for the agency's McDonald's account in both the Philadelphia and New York
offices. Most recently, he worked at McDonald's USA for 15 years as east division officer for consumer & business insights. Throughout his career, Pierce has also worked on brand strategies for
Polaroid, Nabisco, Target, Kmart, CVS and Walgreens. "Donald understands how critical it is to make the McDonald's brand relevant locally and our team will greatly benefit from not only his experience
