We Are Social has promoted various staffers to senior posts, reflective of its 20% YoY growth in the U.S.

The appointments span client leadership, strategy, AI innovation, business development and operations. The new positions include:

Jas Dhami has been promoted to Chief Client Officer. She will lead client partnerships across the U.S.

Katie McDonald is now executive strategy director, leading strategy across key accounts.

Will Ramos is group strategy director, handling the agency's footprint across LATAM.

Rebecca Goldsmith is West Coast executive creative director, U.S.

Brendan Kiernan is vice president, AI strategy & innovation.

Matt Malerba is senior director of business development, North America, building senior-level partnerships in the U.S. and Canada.

We Are Social has also created a new Operations & Delivery team to run end-to-end project management and regional resourcing. Chris Lee will head that unit, with Olivia Whyte as project director, Canada.
