Pinterest Makes Buyable Pins

Pinterest has introduced buyable Pins in the U.S. on iPhone and iPad. The Pins appear in home feeds, boards and search results, and include the cost of the item, along with a a "Buy it" button to signify that a site visitor can purchase the product. At checkout, the consumer can pay with Apple Pay or a credit card in the app. Pinterest said it will save the person info, so consumers don't have to reenter it the next time they visit the site.
