
KSV, the Burlington, Vermont-based agency, has merged with Canopy Brand Group in New York
City. Terms were not disclosed.
The merged agency will do business as KSV and have a team of 55 staffers that provide branding, creative, media, and activation services. KSV has done
work for clients such as the Vermont Department of Health, Nellie’s Cage Free egg company and energy firm National Grid.
“Joining forces with Canopy Brand Group creates the
opportunity to bring our sustainability marketing expertise to Canopy’s extensive portfolio of top-flight consumer brands,” said Yoram Samets, managing director of KSV. Canopy has done
work for brands such as KFC, Pepsi, Sierra Mist and Nokia among others.
Marc Sampogna, founder of Canopy Brand Group, will serve as president/principal of KSV | New York. Rob Niccolai
will serve as president/principal of KSV | Vermont.
