Shoshana Winter is moving from Dentsu Aegis Network's mcgarrybowen to sister agency Vizeum as part of the network’s approach to “liquid talent.”
It is a commitment to
rotate key personnel across accounts, companies and geographies to both enrich talent and drive better business outcomes for clients.
In the role of Chief Strategy Officer,
Winter will be responsible for driving strategic leadership and collaboration across agency teams, as well as oversee the agency’s digital-first approach.
She will be based in New
York City and report to Vizeum U.S. CEO Steven Feuling.

While at
mcgarrybowen, Winter served as executive planning director, digital integration. There, she developed marketing campaigns for clients such as Verizon, Chase and Intel. Prior, she served as SVP of
strategy and planning at iCrossing, where she led work on brands including ING, Ally Bank, LG Electronics, and DirectTV.
Winter started her career at kbs+ working on integrated
marketing campaigns for Snapple.
Winter replaces Nadine Young, who moved to Blue 449 as Global Head of Strategy.
