Three advertising veterans are teaming up to launch Share, a new agency that combines technology and data with traditional creative responsibilities. The London-based shop will be led by Ian Cassidy, Alex Hill, Nick Williams, all whom worked together at TBG Digital/Sprinklr, one of Facebook's largest ad-buying partners.
Share is designed to "reflect changing attitudes and a ruthless passion for effective creativity," says managing director/founder Cassidy.
“Social media revolutionized how consumers interact with companies, but now social data is radicalizing how we approach brand planning & creative executions," says Cassidy. "We are looking forward to helping clients understand who their audience are, how they act, and what they truly crave, better than ever before.”

The founders realize that their key challenge will be differentiating themselves in the competitive agency marketplace. In an effort to do that Share cites four values as the foundation of their mission: “think smart,” “beyond comparison,” “fearless curiosity” and “share success," says Cassidy.
"One of Share’s founding principles,” he adds, “is to invite others to share in their success, which includes a Change For Good event at the end of every quarter. These events will focus on helping nonprofits make a positive change with free consultancy."
This point of differentiation also influenced its name. "To put it bluntly, sharing is caring" jokes Cassidy. "We want to build a culture around sharing mutual success, both from a client and employee perspective. One of our major aims is to help non-profits and charitable organizations through workshops and events. Another goal of ours is to be open, transparent and share our knowledge. We also encourage philanthropic behavior outside of working hours."
Share launches with 10 employees with an initial client roster including telecommunications, fashion, and nonprofit companies.
