Horizon Media has named
WISTAR DEAN as a planning supervisor. Dean comes to Horizon from Carat’s New York office where she was a media supervisor on the MTV Networks account. While
there, Dean managed all client relations for VH1, and handled the planning of all their consumer and trade media, as well as the print buying.
