Sanders To Deliver Wall Street Reform Speech

Sen. Bernie Sanders will make a speech today in Manhattan, where he is expected to pledge that his administration would break up banks that are "too big to fail" within the first year of office. Another major policy prescription is the reinstatement of the Glass-Steagall Act, which separated commercial, investment and insurance branches of the same bank. Glass-Steagall was repealed under President Clinton in 1999.
