Barton F. Graf Drops '9000' From Agency Name

Barton F. Graf 9000. BFG9000. Both a mouthful. And in abbreviated form, a slight on the entire point of the agency name; to honor Gerry Graf's dad, Barton. And so the agency has decided to drop the 9000 from their name.  

Of the switch, a spokesperson said: “The more the name got used, the more people naturally abbreviated it. Given the original intent of the name was for Gerry to, posthumously, give his dad the company he always wanted to start while he was alive, the important piece to keep is the Barton F. Graf, not the 9000.”

And there you have it. No more 9000 and the agency would probably be happy if people also didn't refer to them now as BFG.
