Former President George W. Bush has hit the campaign trail in South Carolina to support his brother Jeb’s bid for the White House. Bush 43 left office as one of the most disliked presidents in the history of the United States. He was also a feature in Saturday’s GOP debate, where both his brother and Sen. Marco Rubio defended his record against attacks from Donald Trump.
