UK Bike retailer Evans Cycles is using transactional emails to help drive additional revenue. In a presentation at EIS EU, Emma Fouracre, customer marketing manager at the brand, revealed that the
company sees a 72 percent open rate on these messages.
So it made sense to include some upsell items in these messages and doing so has helped raise revenues. Due to this success, the company
has 25 different transactions emails available to tap within its system in order to take advantage of this engagement.
