The publisher of the Daily Telegraph is promising advertisers will only have to pay for digital display ads if they are 100% viewable for ten
seconds, as it unveiled what it claimed were six "premium" ad innovations. Jim Freeman, group sales and trading director at Telegraph Media Group, said advertisers were suffering because
publishers charge for ads that appear for just one second.
