Fitzgerald Jumps From CP+B To BBDO

BBDO Atlanta is naming Robin Fitzgerald as executive vice president, chief creative officer. In this newly created role, Fitzgerald will partner with Drew Panayiotou, president and CEO, BBDO Atlanta, to shape and oversee the agency’s creative output for the 200-person office. She starts September 12

Most recently, she served as vice president, executive creative director at CP+B in Los Angeles. Over her five-year tenure, she worked with  A-1, Grey Poupon, Netflix, Old Navy, PayPal and VitaminWater. Prior to that, she served as a creative director at TBWA\Chiat\Day L.A., creating campaigns for clients such as Energizer, Gatorade and Nissan.

“BBDO Atlanta is a national agency that has evolved into a place that is well suited for brands that are more considered and complex purchases and that demand omnichannel creativity,” stated Panayioutou.  “Robin’s prior experience, proven track record and innovative orientation make her a dream fit for what we do and what we hope to do even better for our clients. Bringing her on board was a no-brainer. Besides, the East Coast will open up a whole new perspective after so many years on the West Coast.”

Fitzgerald succeeds Wil Boudreau, who left BBDO Atlanta to become North America chief creative officer at The&Partnership in New York.
