Rauxa has appointed Kate Daggett as its first Chief
Creative Officer to lead the agency's 50-person creative department. She reports to Chief Strategy Officer Ian Baer.
Based in the agency’s New York City office, she will work
alongside executive creative directors John Avery and George Singer with a remit that includes building client partnerships and leading new business pitches.
She will also work across
the agency's five other locations and support the creative efforts for various clients, including Verizon, Alaska Airlines, The Gap, and Allergan.
Daggett is an award-winning creative director
with more than 15 years of experience developing and translating brands through digital, social, print and TV. She joins Rauxa from Tenthwave Digital, where she served as the executive creative
director.

Previously, Daggett was VP and group creative director with Digitas, where she oversaw the American Express business. Earlier in her career, she held senior
creative roles with TBWA\Chiat\Day and Agency.com.
Rauxa was founded 17 years ago by direct marketing executive Jill Gwaltney and is led by CEO Gina Alshuler. Since its
formation, the 230-person agency has grown from $5 million to $56 million in revenue.
“As a female creative, it’s hard not to love the fact that Rauxa is predominantly
female-led,” said Daggett. “But beyond that, I saw an independent spirit and a deeply routed tenacity in Rauxa that was exciting."
