Code Worldwide is opening up a new location in Malaga,
Spain, marking the marketing tech shop's fifth location after London, New York, Sydney and two in the Ukraine.
This location was selected due to its "emerging culture for technology
innovation," says Matt McNeany, CEO, Code. "Southern Spain is an emerging force in tech and our neighbors are Ericsson, Oracle, Google and IBM."
The agency can also recruit top-level
employees in a less competitive region.
“Code is growing, and we needed to extend our development capacity in order to continue to deliver quality solutions at scale to our clients,"
says McNeany. "We also wanted to be able to access new talent profiles whilst keeping to our near-shore staffing model. We reviewed offerings from many cities, but in Malaga, we were impressed
with the connections to local universities plus the ability to attract talent from right across Europe.”
