Project Acquires PR Shop Praytell

Agency holding company Project (formerly Project: Worldwide) has acquired Brooklyn-based PR shop Praytell. Terms weren’t disclosed. The acquired agency also has offices in San Francisco, Austin and Los Angeles. Clients include Logitech, Twitter and Google Waze.

“We have wanted to add a PR agency to our mix for a while, but it took time to find a team with the contemporary skills and digital smarts that Praytell possesses,” stated Project Chairman Robert G. Vallee.

Praytell founder Andy Pray and his management team – Beth Cleveland, managing partner and PR director of account services, and Claudio Taratuta, managing partner and digital director of account services – will continue to lead Praytell.

Ad and marketing agencies in the Project fold include Partners + Napier, Argonaut, Pitch, Shoptology, School, George P. Johnson, Motive, Juxt, Spinifex Group, G7, Junior and Entertainment Marketing.
