Nativo Opens London Office, Appoints Managing Director

Native ad-tech platform Nativo on Wednesday announced that it has expanded into Europe, opening an office in London and appointing a managing director, Lindsay Clarke, who will help extend Nativo’s presence with European brands, agencies, and publishers.

Using the U.K. as a base of operations, Nativo will be able to service "a critical mass of U.S publishers that have U.K. divisions and need our ‘on the ground’ support in the U.K.,” said Justin Choi, CEO, Nativo.  It also positions the company to work with additional U.K.-based publishers.

Clarke has more than a decade of experience in the digital media space. She joins Nativo after serving as vice president of global advertising strategy at Krux. Prior to that, Clarke built the publisher development group at Acxiom, ran the publisher development department at AudienceScience, and worked at Rubicon Project.

Nativo opened a Chicago office this year and forged a partnership with the Associated Press. It also got its first patent for sponsored content distribution.
